1. General Overview

By visiting TMReserve.in or purchasing our products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following terms. The Mahabaleshwar Reserve is an FSSAI-registered sole proprietorship operated by Avinash Kumar Sinha, based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

2. Product Characteristics & Variations

Our products feature 100% raw, unpasteurized honey. Because we do not chemically alter, ultra-filter, or heat-treat our nectars, natural variations in color, texture, and crystallization will occur between harvests. Crystallization is a mark of pure, raw honey and is not a defect. The honey sourced by us is NMR lab-tested to guarantee the absence of sugar syrups.

3. Local Delivery & Shipping

We offer hyper-local delivery across Navi Mumbai, and standard shipping to the broader Mumbai region. Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by external courier partners (e.g., Borzo, Shiprocket) or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

4. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our gourmet food products (infused honeys, roasted granola, and chocolate confections), we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

If a glass jar arrives damaged, broken, or with a broken tamper-evident seal, you must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. We will issue a full replacement or refund for damaged goods.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our Spiced Immunity Honey features traditional Ayurvedic ingredients (ginger, turmeric). However, our products are sold strictly as artisanal food items, not as medical treatments or cures for any disease. Raw honey should never be fed to infants under 12 months of age.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
